Use TO results

I did a 3D topology optimization on a design space with pressure loads applied to a 2D shell.  I'm trying to use the results and to a size optimizaiton on the shell and/or run an FEA on the model.  However, I'm having much difficulty getting it to work.  I've tried using the OSSmooth option for 'Geometry' and 'FEA reanalysis' but without luck.  Can you provide steps to get this done?
