.Hello I cant find the xml tab in my design view. I am doing the online training, and the instructor has it next to the process tab.

Once you add the view, you will be able to move it around and place it where you want it. And remember, if you ever mess up your view and want a fresh start, you can always "restore default view" from the view menu and start over.
Hi!
In the View menu, there's a "Show Panel" entry. There you'll find the XML panel and others.
