Altair Inspire not initiating installation in Surface Pro 8

After receiving my license and downloading the .exe file provided in the email, I have tried to install the software. However, when the Instal Anywhere prompt (picture attached) reaches 100%, it closes and no further response is obtained by the system, when the installation shall begin. I tried several times to erase all the files and try to download and install again and no different result has been obtained.

I would really appreciate some orientations on the actions I should carry out to install the software, as I really need it for the course on additive manufacturing I am taking this semester.

The OS is a Windows 11 running on a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 with a 11th generation Intel i5, RAM 16 GB.

Additionally, I tried to install the software in my other computer and it seems to work, but as my license has been emitted for the Surface there is no chance I can test it.

In order to check that the downloaded file was not corrupted, I runned a md5 checksum of the file but I don't have any way to check that it's correct.

Hope there is a way to find the issue regarding the installation in the Surface, or in the worse case, receive another license for my other laptop.
