[Solved] Cross-validation parallel execution

Hi everybody,
Firstly i'm sorry if i'm in the wrong section.

I'm using RM for a few months and i'm very keen on this tool. But when i use the X-validation operator, the different fold of the crossvalidation are executed sequentially. I would like to know if there's a way to use the 8 cores of my computer to speed-up the execution (such a thing is possible with scikit-learn in python for instance).

Hi,

you can install the Parallel Processing extension. It provides a X-Validation (parallel) where you can use several cores.

Please note that you should not cascade several parallel operators, such as Optimize Parameter (parallel) and X-Validation (parallel). That may lead to undefined behavior in some cases.
