Fan Component P-Q results not matching with input.

Hello experts, my pressure drop value (56.21Pa) isn't matching the appropriate ones in the input P-Q curve (64.16) despite the solution converging. I have attached documents for your reference. Need assistance in figuring this out. Thank you.

I'm assuming your plot is showing pressure from "Fan Outlet" and "Fan Inlet" - the two 'ends' of the centrally-located fan volume.  Is that correct?  Is the thickness of that volume in the flow direction 0.032 as specified in the input file? The fan-component is assigned at the inlet surface to the fan.  Is that how it was defined?  (The input file has the direction indicated as -Z, so the main flow direction should be -Z.)  There would also be some level of dependency on the mesh resolution.

Are you able to attach the model?

Yes, they are the pressure from fan volume's inlet and outlet surfaces. The thickness of volume & direction is specified appropriately.

I have tried refining the mesh and boundary layer too, still there is a significant error in the pressure drop.
    Thank you.

Another question - does the geometry (size of the meshed model) accurately reflect the space occupied by the actual fan from which the P-Q curve was obtained?

I ask that because I just went through the related tutorial ACU-T5101 and it behaves as expected.
