Set non-default location for smv file?

I want to try a RAMDISK as the target for the smv file to see how much it helps simulation speed. I realize I can copy the psimsch files to the RAMDISK but I'm certain I'll make edits and forget to really save them.

I can't find an option to tell PSIM to write the smv to a different location than the psimsch file - am I just missing it ?

    There is no option to set the smv to a different location than the psimsch file is. If the psimsch folder is read-only, the default folder will be the user's temp folder. You might try the Script Tool. We can add the option to the next version.
