Capture Avi File by Specific Resolution

This script can be used to capture the AVI file by specific resolution.

From the menu bar, select File -> Run -> Tcl/Tk Script -> Call attached tbc file.

Limitation: Toolbars will be reset.

Functionality: Framework

Subfunctionality: Image Capture

wanted to know, how do you convert .tcl file to .tbc file

I also want to do so.
