System error when trying to open CADFEKO

When trying to open cadfeko on FEKO 2024.1 (newly downloaded), I receive a system error "The code execution cannot be processed because MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll was not found"

    Hello Russell,

    I am not sure, but MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll might be removed/corrupted on your system.

    The file is normally located in C:\Windows\System32 as shown below.

    I found the following tips from Google.

    How to fix the code execution cannot proceed because msvcp140_atomic_wait.dll was not found?

    -> Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. msvcp140_atomic_wait. dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support.
