How to export vectors from the Drawing mode to Illustrator ?

Hello,
I started learning STE few weeks ago at school so I'm quite new with the software.
I modelised an object and added some dimentions on the side view. Now I'd like to export the lined 'plan' I have in the Drawing Mode to open it in Adobe Illustrator as a vectorised object (to be able to resize the lines etc.). I know it's possible since my teacher showed me a way to do it (with a .dxf file) but he's on Mac OS and apparently I don't have exactly the same menus on Windows.
Thanks for you help !
PS: the second option below the 'select tool' in the Drawing Mode is greyed out, maybe that's a problem for this ?

Hi Dorian,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. Here are the steps to create an editable PDF:
- In Drawing mode go to File-Print
- Click the PDF option and select 'Save As PDF'
- Save the file
- Open the file in Adobe Illustrator
