When I optistruct the model there is no errors ,but a component of the model has flew away,and the stress value is very big.What can I do ?

Check if you had constrained the model properly. This could be one of the reasons in your case.

Can you check the magnitudes of forces/moments applied in your model, maybe that is causing the model fly away?
