I submit a modal analysis study in which the frequencies of values are close to the analytical but the vibration modes seem wrong, could tell me where I am going wrong? What exactly is Eigen Mode?

I cant run your model since it is not compatible with HM I am using.
What makes you think the mode shapes are wrong?
Eigen modes are the mode shapes.
Which mode you think is wrong?Since you are using 1D element there is a chance that you may not get smoother mode shape.Try more no of elements in between constraints or try with smaller element size with 2d elements.
