Download link not working

Hi,

My student edition request is approved and I received an email with what's supposedly to be links to the software downloader. However, none of the links are working. Can you please take a look at this problem?

    Hi,

    Can you please attach the screenshot of the error you receive when you try to download the software by clicking on the links?

    • Try to copy and paste the links in a different browser.
    • You should try to open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there.
