I would like to know how to display one Value (Strain/ Stress) at a element (Where is connect by two material/properties)

Your screenshot shows the 'displacement' card. The displacement field is always continue. So you have only ONE nodal value.
However, for stress card, maybe you need activate the option 'Use corner data' of Hyperview to show different values at node.

As Dai suggested you can look for corner data with averaging method.Stress is independent of material , it depend upon area.
