Tutorials for Shape Optimization

Hello, for our study project we have to do a shape optimization for a plate with drill holes and radii. Unfortunately, I can't find a good instruction to do a shape optimization. I hope you could help me. If necessary, I would send you the file as well. Best regards, Christopher
