I didn't receive the altair student licence and download link

Hi i requested altair student version then i received the approval mail but i didn't receive the licence and download mail. My registered email is mfarhan.hafiz@s.unikl.edu.my

    Your license request was approved, we just resent your license email as an attachment, please let us know here if the issue persists.
