.out file does not exist error

I am following a tutorial for a simple linear static analysis. When I run the file I am getting a '.out file does not exist.' message. Please can someone have a look at my .fem file and point me in the right direction? I am following a tutorial for beginners:

Solver should write .out file.Please use updated .fem file for the run.I updated the loadstep with SPC as SPC load collector and LOAD as FORCE load collector.
