License Issue when starting Hyperworks
Hello, I have downloaded the HyperworksBundle via the Altair Student Edition together with the license file attached in the e-mail. I have tried all the steps on the website: "Activating the software using the student license file" and also all the variants under: "Trouble Shooting License Errors", but I still get a license error. The physical address is correct and also the file type. I have also never used an Altair Cloud Managed license.
Error Code 9 and 6: feature not found, Unable to read file
I have attached the log file as a photo.
I am grateful for any help.

Hi,
It seems that you have saved the license file at 2 different locations in your computer. Please make sure that only one copy of the license file is saved on your computer.
