    Hi ,

Go to XY plots>>curve editor, create a function there.

Assign this function ID in the load defined using utility>>boundary conditions

    Hi Ganesh,

I presume that you are trying to apply a concentrated load (/CLOAD).

As Gopal mentioned using the curve editor you can create the required function and the same curve has to be recalled in the /CLOAD created. We have an example, Example 18-Square Plate Torsion , in the Help Menu where you can see this application. Please refer the same.

As a general guideline, normally  starting from a zero load, and zero solution, we gradually ramp up the load until we achieve the desired total load. This gradual ramping up the load from a value close to zero is often a more robust approach for solving nonlinear problems. Also, please go through https://altairuniversity.com/learning-library/7-guidelines-to-apply-quasi-static-load-in-explicit-simulation/ which provides basic guidelines on applying a quasi static load for explicit analysis.
