(Solved) import solutions
hi guys,
i am getting troubles with HM-CFD while perform an AcuSolve tutorial ACU-5001 (transient-sliding-mesh)
in the tutorials, there is a step call Project Steady State Solution to Use as Initial Conditions.
but i can not find this function on HM-CFD (ver 2017.3) so i can complete the excersise.
I tried to run transient analysis using restart command base on steady state result but nothing worked.
Attacheds are my model files for steady-state and transient cases.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance!

I guess that Project Solutions is not yet implemented for HM-CFD 2017.3.
What issue did you face with restarting from the steady state case?
An alternative would be to export velcoity and pressure nodal value from steady case (use AcuTrans or AcuOut).
The files can be read as NIC (Nodal Initial Condition) files in HM2017.3
See screenshot.

thank for your rely.
it's very helpful.
i am tried to restart from steady state but the solver stoped and showed error messages (picture below)

i dont understand these errors. i used to do transient analysis using restart command but never get these faults.
i guess i need to perform simulation with nodal-initial-condition using NIC file.
i will try the alternative method you adviced.
thank you!

Did NIC method work for you?
Based on the log file, it seems that command was not correct. It seems an issue with path. What command did you try to run and please copy the content of your .rst file.
