OS-T 1600 opening cci.txt stuck

Hi, while I am doing OS-T 1600 and 1610 (Fluid-Structure Interaction), I encountered an issue when I submit the Optistruct job (Step 4 of OS-T 1600):

I keep getting stuck at this stage: opening cci.txt in the directory. I noticed that the last backslash in the directory is a forward slash instead. I am not sure if this is causing a problem in opening the txt file and causing the solver to get stuck.

Have you configured the connection parameters in both models? if I'm not wrong, the cci.txt file is a communication file from each solver to get them at the same pace and other info. I remember that you need to setup some info on both the OptiStruct and AcuSolve models to get the coupling to work.
