Can i use text to speech to do a voice over for my video submission?

Hi everyone, quick question, is it okay to use a speech generator to narrate my vidoes for the student Global contest?, my voice kinda cracks alot and sometimes i have to repeat phrases many times which makes editing lengthy. I have discovered a free text speech generator with a naturaly sounding voice and is free to use for personal and commercial purposes, this can help be more efficient in making a narrated video.

We want to make the contest as inclusive as possible so in this case we can allow it.  My only request is that you open the video, introducing yourself in your own voice and when you close out the video please do it in your own voice as well.  I hope that is an acceptable compromise.
