I am having trouble activating my PSIM 2026 Student Edition license on my desktop.
On my laptop, I receive the error “Unable to access license store” when selecting the User license store. As a result, the license activation window is disabled, and I cannot activate or deactivate the license on my laptop.
On my desktop, the license activation window works normally. However, when I try to activate my student license, I receive an error stating that the license has already been activated using a different HostID.
I would like to use PSIM 2026 on my desktop instead of my laptop, but I cannot deactivate the license on my laptop because the activation window is disabled.
Could you please help me reset the existing license activation or transfer the license to my desktop's HostID?
I would also appreciate confirmation that my Student Edition license includes PSIM 2026.
