Request to Unlock Account and Reset Password

Hello,

I am contacting from my personal account because I forgot the password for my student account.

I tried to remember my password, but my account is locked after some log-in attempts.

I'v emailed the old Altair support address and received an automatic reply from Siemens saying that mailbox has been decommissioned, so no cases was created.

Could someone please unlock my student account and reset my password?

The student account I'd like to recover is as followed: kimbab1228@hanyang.ac.kr
