Simcenter PSIM Student Edition: license key generated but no Download option, what should I do?

Hi everyone,

My Altair One account is verified for the Student Edition and I have already generated my license Activation Key (Student Edition License > Licensing). However, in the Marketplace, the Simcenter PSIM page only shows the tabs "Info" and "Try and Buy". There is no Software Downloads tab and no Download button.

What I already tried:

* Signed out and signed back in to Altair One
* Closed all Altair tabs and tried again
* Tried another browser / incognito

I also sent an email to academicsupport@altair.com, but I have not received any answer yet.

I want to use PSIM for my bachelor's thesis. What should I do to get access to the download? Is there another step I am missing?

Hello,

This issue is now fixed, please try to generate a student edition license key, download the products from the marketplace and activate the products as well and let us know if it works for you now.
