Unable to Download HyperMesh After Activating Student License

Dear Support Team,

I have already activated my student license using my university email address. However, the download button for HyperMesh is not appearing on the website, so I am unable to download the software. Could you please help me or send me a link for download?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
