Unable to Download HyperMesh Through Altair One Marketplace (Student Edition)

Dear Altair Support Team,

I activated my student account (received the license), but I can't find the download link. I've tried logging out and back in, using incognito mode, and different browsers, but nothing has worked.

I would appreciate your help with this issue.

This issue is now fixed, please try to generate a student edition license key, download the products from the marketplace and activate the products as well and let us know if it works for you now.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -

Thank you for your quick response. I was able to access some download links using the method you mentioned; however, for software such as HyperMesh and OptiStruct, I am still unable to download them. Is there any workaround to resolve this issue?
