How does my HyperMesh to download software appear?

Hello Altair Support Team,

I am a student and I have successfully generated my Altair Student Edition activation key.

However, I cannot find the Software Downloads option, and HyperMesh/HyperWorks is not available for download in my Student Edition Bundle. I have already logged out and logged back in, but the download option is still missing.

I need HyperMesh, HyperView and OptiStruct for educational use on Windows 10.

Could you please enable the software download access for my account or provide the official Student Edition installer?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

* Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
