Student Edition license deactivation request - old PC no longer accessible (HyperMesh)

Hello,

I activated my HyperMesh Student Edition license on my previous computer, but I no longer have access to that computer. On my new computer I get the error:

"Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."

Could you please deactivate the license from my old machine in Altair One so that I can reactivate it with the same key on my new computer?

Hello , I saw that you helped another user in a similar situation (the "Student Edition License" thread, where you deactivated the old activation in Altair One), so I'm tagging you in case you can help me too.

I no longer have access to the old computer where my HyperMesh Student Edition license was activated, and on my new computer I get "This license was already activated using different HostIDs." Could you please deactivate the old activation in Altair One so I can reactivate with the same key?

Hi,

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
