Student Edition License generated, but "Software Downloads" tab missing for Simcenter PSIM

Hi Altair Support Team,
​I have already generated my Student Edition License key on Altair One. However, when I navigate to the Simcenter PSIM page in the Marketplace, the "Software Downloads" tab does not appear (only "Info" and "Try and Buy" are visible). I have tried logging out and back in multiple times, but the tab is still missing.
​Could you please help update the download entitlements for my account or provide a direct download link for the Altair PSIM Student Edition installer?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
