Student Edition: license key generated but no "Software Downloads" tab

Hello,

I have a verified Altair One account and I have successfully generated my Student Edition license activation key.

However, I cannot download any software. When I open Simcenter PSIM in the Marketplace with the "Student Edition Bundle" filter selected, the product panel only shows the "Info" and "Try and Buy" tabs. The "Software Downloads" tab does not appear.

The same happens with the other products in the Student Edition Bundle: none of them show the "Software Downloads" tab.

What I have already tried:

* Logged out and logged back in several times
* Different browser / incognito window

Could you please check my account and enable the download option?

Hello,

This issue is now fixed, please try to generate a student edition license key if needed, download the products from the marketplace including PSIM and activate the products as well and let us know if it works for you now.

Thanks for answering. I tried the workaround that you showed me but the Simcenter PSIM is not available to download therein, so this is not working for me.

It would be nice if you could keep me updated on this.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

* Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
