PSIM Student Edition - Software Downloads tab missing

Question

Hi, I have successfully obtained my Altair Student Edition license key.

However, I cannot access the Software Downloads/Download tab for PSIM in Altair One Marketplace.

I have already logged out and logged back in after generating the license key, as instructed, but the Software Downloads tab is still not appearing.

Could you please check whether the Student Edition Bundle/software download entitlement is correctly enabled for my Altair One account? Or conversely, provide me with the download link?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

* Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
