When i try to access the link i get this page, same thing when a i try to go by the Siemens website my self, i also tried using vpn and got the same thing. My acount in the Altair and in the Siemens got the student license working Fine.
Hi, Did you register for the support center account? If I check your e-mail address in the system it lists it as unregistered.
If you are having issues registering it maybe best to contact your account manager to confirm the license allows for the relevant software.
