Unable to Generate Auth Codes for Classroom Computers Due to Altair One Outage

Dear Altair Support Team,

I am teaching a CEA course using Altair HyperWorks this semester in Korea. For my class, I regularly generate Auth Codes through Altair One to authorize the classroom computers.

Our classroom computers are configured to reset to their original state after every reboot. Therefore, I need to generate new Auth Codes periodically to re-authorize the computers for class.

However, due to the current Altair One outage, I am unable to access the site and generate Auth Codes. This is becoming a serious issue because it directly affects my ability to conduct scheduled classes using HyperWorks.

I understand from other recent posts in the Community that this is a site-wide issue and that the Altair team is currently working to restore the service.

I hope Altair One can be restored as soon as possible. In the meantime, if there is any alternative method to generate Auth Codes or authorize classroom computers, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

If your university is a paying customer of Siemens, Faculty at your university can use the siemens support center for creating support cases, product downloads, accessing KB's and documentation as per - Accessing Support Center (for migrated Altair Users)
