Unable to access Altair One and renew my expired PSIM Student Edition license

Hello,

I have been using PSIM with the free Altair Student Edition license as a university student.

My PSIM Student Edition license has recently expired, and I would like to renew it for another year.

However, I am currently unable to access the Altair One website at all. The Altair One page does not load/access properly, so I cannot log in and access the Student Edition License page or use the normal license renewal process.

Because of this, I am unable to renew or reissue my PSIM Student Edition license.

I would like to continue using PSIM for my university studies. I am currently enrolled at a university and can provide my university email address or any other information required to verify my student status.

Could you please help me renew or re-enable my PSIM Student Edition license, or provide an alternative way to obtain a new license activation key?
