I am a university student currently relying heavily on Simcenter PSIM for my engineering projects. Unfortunately, I have run into a tough situation with my setup and would be incredibly grateful for your help.
Recently, I reset and sold my old laptop, completely forgetting that my active student license was still tied to it. Now, I am trying to reinstall everything on my new computer. To make matters worse, I am completely locked out of my student portal login due to a forgotten security question answer that I set long ago. Because of this, the Altair Marketplace won't allow me to download the software and keeps asking for a trial approval instead.
Since I cannot log into the web portal to fix this myself, could you kindly do me a huge favor?
- Could you please share a direct download link for the Simcenter PSIM Student Edition installer so I can bypass the portal block?
- Could you please grant me a new Activation Key or reset my license status so I can continue my studies on this new machine?
I am quite stressed about falling behind on my university assignments, so any guidance or support from your team would honestly mean the world to me.
