Offline access to Material Data Center for HyperWorks cluster

Dear Altair Support Team,

we are running HyperWorks (Hypermesh and Optistruct) 2026 on a Linux cluster using an on-premises license server. Our cluster has no internet access, HyperWorks cannot connect directly to the Altair Material Data Center.

Individual material datasets can be downloaded from materials.altairone.com and transferred to the cluster. However, this functionality appears to require Explorer Plus access. My Altair One account currently only has basic user access and is not linked to our cluster license.

Could Explorer Plus access be enabled for my account under our existing Altair Units license? Alternatively, is there another supported workflow for importing material data into HyperWorks on an offline cluster?

Our intended workflow is to download the required material data on an internet-connected computer, transfer it to the cluster and import it into HyperWorks for offline use. Is it also possible to download an entire material database rather than downloading individual material datasets separately?
