I have a SAS programming friend in Montreal who says that no-one there uses SLC. He also says that the SAS programming market in Quebec is vanishing!

Does anyone here know any SLC programmers around Montreal?

Is Siemens/Altair actively marketing SLC in that part of Quebec?

I'll admit to encouraging him to register the Personal Edition (PE) of SLC, but I now realise that was futile, as Siemens are phasing out PE, which to me is short-sighted from a marketing perspective. It is also a bigger problem for others like me who want to continue writing books about SLC!
