Altair Inspire Academic access request still pending

Hello,

I submitted a request for academic access to Altair Inspire on July 30, 2026, but I have not received any further information yet.

I need Inspire for topology optimization and modal analysis as part of my bachelor’s thesis. My Altair One account is registered with my university email address, which has already been verified.

Could you please let me know how I can check the status of my request or what the next step is?
