Student Edition not available – Marketplace shows “No Apps Available” after login

Hello,

I am currently enrolled at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and use my official university email address for my Altair One account.

When I am logged out, the Altair Marketplace loads all available applications normally. After signing in with my existing university account, the Marketplace only displays “No Apps Available”.

My university email address already had an Altair One account, so I was unable to create a new account and select the account type “Student”.

Could you please verify my existing Altair One account for Student Edition access and enable the Student Edition License and Student Edition Bundle?

Hi Ankita,

thank you for confirming that my account is verified.

Unfortunately, I still cannot complete Step 2 of the instructions. When I am logged out, the Marketplace displays all applications normally. As soon as I log in with my verified student account, the Marketplace only shows “No Apps Available”. Therefore, I cannot access the “Student Edition License” card to obtain the license key.

Could you please check why the Marketplace is not loading any applications for my account?

Detailed software installation and student license activation instructions are available here: https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. You may watch the instructional video in the guide for further help. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
