Simulation in Altair SIMLAB hangs after 4 days

Hello, I am running a very long simulation on Altair SIMLAB where I use parallel processing to speed up the computation time. Nevertheless, after 4 days my simulation stopped working and hangs, while not giving any error for this issue. I am running a DOE and already 1000+ have run successfully, but then the remaining runs are never started.

Could someone help me with that?
