Logged in too many times and my account has been blocked. How do I fix this? I tried calling the tech support number and they insisted to reach out here and that they couldn't resolve it. I am a student. This is for logging into AI Studio.
@christopherrucker Please ensure to NOT enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio, and click on switch to Altair Units license as guided here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uJg6heRZBs
Your account is active in Altair one. To use Altair AI Studio (previously called RapidMiner Studio), you need to make sure you are switching to Altair Units Licensing while accessing AI studio.
I followed the instructions on both and got the error message - Failed to use Altair license Altair License Manager: License error The Altair License Server is not Reachable. Please check your setup.
I went back to the market place and it says
You have already generated a license. Valid up to: 2027-07-13
This date has passed. How do I reset this date?

I follow those instructions but instead of "renew license" I get "
Student Edition LicenseYou have already generated a license. Valid up to: 2027-07-13Copy the license Activation Key and follow the steps above.
" The issue is this license is expired. I don't see an option to renew it/
You can renew your Altair One Student Edition license key only after the current license expires. Your license is currently valid until 2027-07-13.

Also, please try basic troubleshooting such as:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Sign in using an Incognito/Private window
- Try a different browser
- Disable VPN, if applicable
