I was trying to log in to my student account to install my license on my Mac, but initially it didn't recognize my account, and after a couple of attempts, it says my account is blocked. How do I navigate this?
Please ensure to NOT enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio, and click on switch to Altair Units license as guided here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uJg6heRZBs
Your account is active in Altair one. To use Altair AI Studio (previously called RapidMiner Studio), you need to make sure you are switching to Altair Units Licensing while accessing AI studio.

Thank you for your response.
I am no longer trying to log in with my Altair One credentials. I switched to Altair Units Licensing as instructed.
However, I now receive a different error:
Error Code: -29 Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID
and
Feature: RapidMinerStudio Feature not found
My Student Edition license key is valid until July 2027, and I generated the license successfully. AI Studio launches correctly, but it cannot check out the RapidMinerStudio feature.
Could you please verify whether my Student Edition account has the RapidMiner AI Studio entitlement assigned?
