Having a problem about activating my license

Hello,

I am using PSIM for my university studies. I recently renewed my license and tried to activate it, but I received the following error message: "Error: Unable to access license store."

I tried activating it through both the 'System' and 'Server' options, but neither worked. Previously, I had no issues activating the software using my old key, though that was on a different laptop.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I sincerely apologize for my late reply. Of course I followed Step 3 and Step 4, but I don't know where is the license store location. I saw lots of other posts from the community but other people had the location file, but in my case, I think the store location folder in not created. What should I do now?

Do you have full read and write permissions in the license store location? You can try running as administrator and make sure you have admin permissions so license is created in the license store.
