How can I contour stress on composite and see stresses on each ply in my model.

To give you an example, to get the stress/strain of each ply and every integration point, one could use:
/H3D/SHELL/TENS/STRESS/PLY=ALL/NPY=ALL
/H3D/SHELL/TENS/STRAIN/PLY=ALL/NPY=ALL
