PSIM Student Edition account classified as Seoul National University_invalid

Hello Altair Support,

I am a student at Seoul National University and would like to use the PSIM Student Edition license.

After logging into Altair One with my university email address, my account is shown as:

Seoul National University_invalid

Because of this, I cannot properly access or activate the PSIM Student Edition license.

Could you please check my academic verification status and correct the university mapping to Seoul National University?

Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
