Altair Inspire Studio License Issue ( Education )

Hi, im trying to install inspire studio and am having alot of difficulty with the license key. Ive followed the instructions and received a license key from the market place, opened the almutil_gui, input said key and got the pop up for the license key being stored but when i open the programme it still doesnt work, can someone please advise, screenshots of the license setup page below
