PC Breakdown – Request to Transfer Account/License to a New PC

Hello,

My previous PC (ROG STRIX G16) has completely stopped working, but I need to continue my simulation work on a new PC.

Could you please help me deactivate the license/account usage on my old PC so that I can activate and use it on my new computer? I will sign in with the same account once the new PC is ready.
