My Altair One student account has been blocked due to too many incorrect password reset attempts. I am not receiving the verification/reset email at my university address (@estudante.ufjf.br), therefore I cannot unlock the account on my own.
I had to create my own personal account on Altair (the one I am using) to access the community and try to find a possible solution.
Could someone from Altair support manually unlock my account or update my email address so that I can regain access to PSIM Student Edition?
Do I need to send my complete email address this way?
My domain is @estudante.ufjf.br
