Hello Altair Support Team,
I am a graduate student currently using PSIM for academic and research purposes.
My PSIM student license has recently expired, so I tried to renew it. However, I was unable to complete the renewal process. In addition, when I checked the Altair Marketplace, the student license option did not appear on my account.
I am not sure why this issue is occurring. Could you please help me check what may be causing this problem and advise me on how I can renew or reactivate my PSIM student license?
