We continue to support our academic customers and users who were using and need to use the Altair One system during the transition to the Siemens Ecosystem. You can access its marketplace, downloads and Altair units managed licenses as before. You need to use the same URL - https://altairone.com/Marketplace during our transition. We will inform you of coming changes and ensure you continue to have access to your software seamlessly at all times.
Genuine enrolled students in recognized institutions can continue to access the Free Altair Student Edition for Altair products in Altair One and the Free Altair RapidMiner Educational Version for AI Studio while we transition to the Siemens Student Edition which you should use for Siemens Products.
Students whether using licenses at university or the Altair student edition or the RapidMiner Educational Version should use this Altair community for any questions or concerns regarding these programs and Siemens Community for questions about Siemens products and program during this transition.
Only eligible Faculty at Universities using paid for licenses may gain access to Siemens Support Center as per the information here.
The information about changes to the learn.altair.com and academy.rapidminer.com learning sites has been displayed on those sites and more information will follow from the learning team on their channels.
